Custom Wire technologies (CWT)

was founded in 2003 as a contract manufacturer of reinforcement coils for the medical device industry and that remains a large part of its success today. Since the beginning, CWT has offered customized products and solutions for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and top OEMs alike.

In-house laser marking capabilities can add unique identifiers such as part numbers, lot numbers, descriptions, and company logos to a variety of parts. Depth band markings for guide wires, k-wires, and pins present visual feedback to an end-user on how far a component may be inserted.

As an extension of its full service offerings, CWT’s ISO Class 7 cleanroom provides unique and comprehensive manufacturing, assembly, and packaging capabilities. Products include custom guidewires, stylets, and specialized components for the medical, dental and surgical industries.
