MARSHALL MANUFACTURING COMPANY

INNOVATIVE MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS

Marshall is a medical device contract manufacturer, providing components and assemblies to medical OEM’s for over three decades

our complete capabilities

CNC MICRO-SWISS MACHINING

Utilizing CNC Micro Swiss machines in the manufacturing of medical devices is a highly efficient and accurate method of production. In most cases the Swiss machine can produce a completed complex part in a single machining cycle. The Micro Swiss Machines can produce component diameters as small as .25 mm (.010”) & Holes and crossholes as small as .10 mm (.004”).

CNC 3D BENDING

of small diameter pre-machined wire and tubing. With the implementation of a CNC 3D bending, Marshall was able to outpace the customer demand while improving quality. This type of machine also saves on set-up time, because there is no need to manufacture new mandrels as there was with the manual bending. Instead there are programmable rollers that push up against the part while and automated arm pushes the product through, resulting in a finished part.

CNC LASER TUBE MACHINING

Laser tube machining is a process in which a laser beam is focused on the outside surface of a metal tube to perform a cutting process. The tube is fed in various patterns beneath the focused laser beam, where the tube wall is vaporized through. In medical applications such as this, the tube diameters are very small, and the lasers’ beam width is approximately .10 mm (.004”). Our machines are equipped with fiber lasers.
